Charge me twice. 1st transaction status unknown and the apps hangs. Close and reopen. Tried again with success. 10minutes later, previous purchase successful. Can I get a refund? I am no use of that extra that you charged me. Disconnect my wifi (use 4G). Talk no longer than 3minutes and then silence. Have to redialed. The other cannot hear me well. Keep on disconnecting. You need to do something with your VOIP.
