About this app

Scarlet Secure360 is a people safety application that connects you with a real time response centre - 24/7. Using the GPS receiver in your device, Scarlet Secure360 logs your location and links it with your profile at the real time response centre. From your profile and escalation protocol the response centre is able to take control of an emergency event and drive it to a safe outcome. Simply tap the screen to check-in, set your end-of-shift time, set a safety timer for hazardous situations, request assistance, or trigger an alert.

Note:

1. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
2. Scarlet Secure360 requires a subscription to an authorized real time response centre.

Features:

MONITORED ALERTS:
When logged-in with the application, you appear in the list of monitored people at the real time response centre. A help request sent from your device or a missed safety check-in triggers an alert. The centre will call you to determine the situation and follow up according to your escalation procedures through to a safe outcome.

MANUAL LOCATION ENTRY:
You have the added option of entering a location manually, in case your GPS signal is not available, or to add context to your position (ie Floor 7 Suite 123).

HAZARD TIMER:
Lets you set a countdown timer and add comments for hazardous environments where you may not be able to reach your device. Simply cancel the timer when you are finished. Expiry of your timer triggers an emergency alert.

ATTACHMENTS:
At any time you can attach a picture or video of an event in order to provide additional context to the real time response centre about the assist or emergency request.
