Why are you pressuring us agents? I dont see/feel teamwork no more in qualfon, adding more penalization and the consequences are dismissal? Simple penalization and it's dismissal? Is it because the call's were dropping then you're kicking us out one by one? If thats the case why did you hire us in the 1st place if this is just what's going to happen? Our reasons and motivation's to work are all for nothing. Those penalization are too negative for us. I dont see/feel positive work in qualfon.

It would be a more useful app if "hris or payslip" is also added here. This option will make the qualfon employees download this app.
