4.วิธีการลงทะเบียน อาจใช้บัตรประชาชนใบเดียว
5.คนที่ได้ "คนละครึ่ง" จะถูกนำรายชื่อมาคัดกรอง
6.เงิน "เราชนะ" ได้รับผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่น "เป๋าตัง"
7.จะเบิกเงินออกมาเป็นเงินสด ต้องรอผลการประชุม ครม. 19 ม.ค. นี้
8.คนที่ได้บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ จะเติมเงินเข้าไปให้ในบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐโดยอัตโนมัติ

สำหรับบางกลุ่มที่ได้รับการช่วยเหลืออยู่แล้วอาจจะไม่เข้าเกณฑ์ ดังนี้
*ข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ และพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ เนื่องจากยังคงได้รับเงินเดือน
*ผู้ที่อยู่ในระบบประกันสังคมที่มีมาตรการช่วยเหลืออยู่แล้ว
*ผู้มีรายได้สูง ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างพิจารณาเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติ โดยอาจจะประเมินจากฐานเงินเดือนและบัญชีเงินฝาก
