Lots of nice features, but needs a few tweaks; * 'Airtime remaining' does not differentiate between actual loaded airtime and bonus airtime. Bonus airtime should be displayed separately. * Data balance is incorrect and you have to dial *147*101# and take option 4 to get an SMS with the correct balance. Very frustrating. * App requires data to operate. This is stupid; the Cell C app should work even without data bundles on the Cell C network!

Cell C is just a nonsense how come the app to tell me my session has expired when I have just only have 3 seconds logged in but here the message just pop up while busy checking my balances and log me out just like that, when I try to login again it's refusing my request but keep on sending me SMS text messages that I have successfully logged in so I don't know

Multiple problems with contracts and cannot even call cell c from your own phone to fix a cell c problem. You bar outgoing calls including your own- where is the logic in that? How is anyone supposed to speak to you if your own number is barred? Did no one think this through???

Cellc is now loosing it's valued customers because they don't want to fix their problems. No sim swaps on cell c, I lose 3 sim cards because of their so called security checks I provided everything they asked but still denied, Data charges too high , you were the best 5years ago now I don't know who's controlling it off course.

Bad experience. Invoice is not available. Do not receive invoice monthly as agreed. Inform me that I have to download the latest version of the App. I am using the latest version?
