The set up on this app is simplistic. Just enough functions to make it user friendly. Figures show what muscle is being worked. Easy to understand. It is assumed that you have access to a full gym. For those working at home or at an apartment gym, there needs to be more alternative exercises (leg curl when a machine is not available). Once you input information, there seems to be no way to edit anything.

It might work for some, The pictures show at a glance what muscle is being worked, but I am serching for one where you don't need much gym equipment so I'm uninstalling

This app has a bug and it killed my Google pixel 3.
