Persatuan Bekas Pelajar Maahad Muhammadi Kota Bharu atau dikenali dengan Alumni Maahad Muhammadi ditubuhkan oleh bekas pelajar Maahad Muhammadi Lelaki Kota Bharu (MML) dan Maahad Muhammadi Perempuan Kota Bharu (MMP).

Dengan tema “Kembali Berbudi”, Alumni Maahad Muhammadi digerakkan untuk mencapai beberapa objektif utama;
1. Membela serta menjaga kepentingan, kebajikan dan memajukan ahli.
2. Memupuk semangat perpaduan, kemesraan, saling bekerjasama selain mengeratkan perhubungan muhibbah dikalangan ahli-ahli khususnya dan masyarakat amnya melalui penganjuran dan penyertaan pelbagai kegiatan-kegiatan yang berfaedah.
3. Memberikan sumbangan dan perkhidmatan berteraskan amal kepada para ahli dan masyarakat amnya.
4. Memberikan pendidikan dan latihan bagi meningkatkan sahsiah ahli.
5. Mengadakan dan menjalinkan hubungan dengan persatuan dan/atau pertubuhan lain bagi mengadakan kerjasama demi kepentingan ahli-ahli.
6. Menjalankan pelbagai aktviti berguna untuk membantu warga yang sedang belajar di MM (MML dan MMP) dari segi prasarana sekolah dan meningkatkan kebajikan pelajar (termasuk pendidikan rohani dan jasmani).
