Absolutely do NOT install or use this app. This is a CRIMINAL SCAM. After employing a phony unsuccessful attempt to connect, the app instructs one to call an 888 phone number. The "Amazon support tech" on the other end instructs you to remotely turn over your home computer to set up Alexa for a price while he remotely searches through your Chrome stored passwords and installs malware. Ask me how I know ); Stay away!!!!
