About this app

Guest can download the Emirates Palace Softphone to their smart phones or tablets before, during or just after their arrival at palace. This will allow their device to be associated with the room telephony system and will offer them a mobile extension connected communication experience inside Emirates Palace.
Guests can call the hotel services, room extensions free of charge from their mobile device from Emirate Palace Wi-Fi. Guests can also make phone calls to outside of the hotel and respectively charged to room bill with same rates like room/suite extensions. The hotel staff can also get in touch with guests, while they are still connected to the hotel wireless network.
Mobile Guest Softphone main features:
- Bring-your-own-device for guests, allowing free voice communications via guest smart phones inside the hotel wireless network.
- Embedded directory for easy contact with the different hotel services
- A simple dial pad to enter direct numbers
- QR code for easy registration and guestroom association: guest devices become part of the hotel telephony system and are associated to the respective guest room
- Guests can register up to 3 devices per room, and devices can communicate to each other without any cost.
- Guest can easily reach his favorites contacts through the hotel private directory.
