Alarm Dispatcher calls emergency services of authorities and organizations with security tasks, such as fire departments, technical rescue services, rescue services, police, water rescue, security services, but also hospitals and private companies, and allows feedback on whether the user is participating in the operation or is prevented. Each user is assigned his functions, so that it is immediately visible whether sufficient specialists will be available or whether further emergency services need to be alerted. The Alarm Dispatcher App comes pre-configured and with personal support so that users can concentrate on extinguishing, rescuing or protecting rather than on the administration of IT systems.
Alarm Dispatcher is a data protection-compliant solution for the transmission of operational data on smartphones. Each organization decides for itself which data it displays in the app. In the standard version, personal data remains in the offices of the organization, while only the deployment keyword and district are transmitted, but an alarm can also be sent completely without deployment text. Managers can receive more information.
As alarm input the Alarm Dispatcher Box is used by the organization. It processes signals from digital and analog radio message receivers, fax, e-mail, SMS, calls, Twitter, control center systems, etc. On the deployment monitor at the Alarm Dispatcher Box, the complete deployment information is displayed and enriched with feedback and map material. It is also possible to print out the assignment with the Alarm Dispatcher Printer.
