I cannot make call every time, most of the time it shows service not allowed, all the channels are busy now, please try after sometimes. Also call quality is not so good. I don't know, they have miss call alert available or not in this app. I thought BTCL will provide better service than other ip calling provider, because they are mother of ip calling, isp and other telecommunication services. Very bad experience.

Voice or hearing level of the person on the other side is very low. So it becomes very difficult to hear the caller's voice for him/her. On the otherhand, conversation is inturrupted (voice is broken while talking). It should be developed. There are lot of opportunities to enrich the app to make it convenient for it's users. Dark mode, call history for at least 30 days, missed call alert etc. should be introduced as soon as possible in order to increase it's users.

Though it is a good app, it has many drawbacks. Big problems: You can't be able to call every time. Voice quality is very bad sometimes. Sometimes you may hear some irritating noise. Other problems: 1. 1 minute pulse on voice pack. 2.Call forwarding not working. 3.No notification when I missed a call for offline. 4.Only available in Bangladesh. 5.Details information is not provided. Hope they will debug it soon.❤️

It's absolutely great!! Best than any other IP calling app in the market!! Previously I used to use Brilliant Connect for IP calling service, but after getting this & exploring this, my idea about IP calling has changed completely!! Edit: Now they have increased the call rate, how ridiculous!! & even they haven’t sent any notice/sms for that! What's the point of using ip calling if the call rate is almost as same as sim card calling? From 5 star to 1 star. Shame!

Changing my review to 5* to 2* after long term using this app. Mainly the reasons are as follows- Low Call Quality, Server Busy Issue, Call Charge High, Can't find saved contacts who has Alaap Account, No 1s pulse system. I didn't complain there earlier because it was offering a cheap call rate. So, I accepted that to get something I had to lose something. But as now call rate is also high, so there's no point of using this app any longer. Good day.

This app is better than others calling app. It is really awesome but need to be some improvement. For Example: 1. Some time this app automatically log out. As a result, all options are turned off. 2. Need MB recharge option. 3. Call record quality very poor needs improvement. 4. Need call tracking options. 5. The paid call is only available for Bangladesh. Need to be allowed call all country. I requested to BTCL take the necessary steps for improvement the app. I hope it will be improve soon.
