This app is honestly trash. Pages won't load fully and some of the icons don't even work when you try to press them. Didn't make my life any bit easier.

The app doesn't allow me to control apartment lights/fans/locks as advertised. Recently, it has been crashing whenever I try to even open that menu. It does not allow me to submit work requests or start live chat for support. I am using a Galaxy S8+

This app is so broken that I cannot even submit a service request. Basically, this app is just as reliable as the internet they provide.
