Using BlueStacks

App installed on compatible device, opened and first page is to enter country. Cannot get past the error message of "Network connection is failed" Have ensured the app has all 'Permissions' on device. Have double check device connection to WiFi, Mobile Data and Bluetooth, all is in working order. Have no idea what to do next, as instructions with Doorbell Camera are in 'poor english'

Dont buy doorbell. I got it as a gift. Tried for weeks to get this thing to work. Using 2.4ghz wifi, nothing uninstalled then reinstalled, low and behold. Boom now I cant get past region select. I mean what a crappy product. Laughable really.

it took a while to get it working, but now works fine. it connects to 2.5ghz frequency. works fine for me but sometimes a bit delayed

Terrible experience, bought the video door camera for my disabled mother and can't even get it to connect. Wish I knew the app was useless before I bought the camera
