スマホdeコンタクトでは、アプリを起動し操作方法について知りたいという選択肢を対話式に画面をタッチしていくことで、トーク画面風に、問い合わせすることができます。
そのため複雑な操作をすることなく、知りたい内容をすぐに知ることができます。なお、返答はバーチャルエージェントが行うため必要な情報をすぐに受け取ることができます。
