Installed this app. And at various stages the screen freezes and it has to be wiped away to get to the next stage. Now can't get past the screen with the white dots on. Can't even get to adding account information.

Keeps failing when trying to talk to a relative in hospital. Ludicrous password requirements (try two factor instead!). NHS should have gone with a more reliable, commonly used solution
