It's a wonderful app, but unfortunately something about the system delays messages (from both parties). Messages sent sometimes won't even arrive till the very next day. I had three messages come in all at once from a two day span. It's a well built app, and I love it, but it's incredibly unreliable. Note: I'm a premium user.

It was good then all of a sudden started just syncing on own. Don't know what is going on . I can't even access from my laptop. They said because I.got a new phone I would have to.upgrade. why??? It doesn't cost anything through this service to send or receive Texts at least that's the hook they say my account isn't up till November,but hey it's the feds they are not making any money in their prison labor they have to make it somehow.

Haven't received sound notifications in over a year, i never know when I receive a message to respond too. I only find out when I check in manually which cause of busy life is hard to do and so when I do if there is no message I might not check again for another 2 weeks just to find out i have several old messages from 10 days before. This service sux without notifications and i have a note 8, its not an issue with the phone or settings. Notifications were working before about 16 months ago.

I love it!! ... For people saying they don't get notifications for a while: I know where my guy is at, there's at least an hr delay for his messages to send. They do read the messages & then approve them for the inmate.

Don't pay for the premium because it will never send you notifications when you get a message because it doesn't sync up messages while the app is closed. Its just a basic emailing app and was thrown together pretty lazily.

I love the app but for the past 2 days I have been getting my notifications/emails 3hrs later. I'm not happy about that at all. This needs to be fixed. Especially during this time of COVID-19 in the prison system. I'm starting to have problems getting my notifications. Not happy about this at all. I had to change my rating of app.
