Edit:9-13-2020 even with new updates this application does not work on newer Android. Edit: 3-21-2020 Still will not work with newer operating systems i have Galaxy s9 with news android update and still crashes immediately. ORIGINAL: working great, until the new android update. After the update I cannot open it for more than a second till it crashes. I needed an old phone with the old android OS for it to work.

bought and paid for both apps not once have they worked how do you go about getting your money back. AD smartpro is a load of junk as well. purchased one over £4,000 out of pocket and it hasn't done one vehicle before getting a bug when updating and sinking in the smart Ariel. save your money

Has been crashing consistently for 6 months. as other reviewers have said, nothing has been done to address or correct this problem. However they do collect your money right away, tech support is absolutely nonexistent. DO NOT BUY!!

It's broken and will not start, especially on newer phones. It's been like that for too long. Please fix it, there's no excuse to leave a paid app in a broken condition this long.

still not working. Heard nothing from them Shame as it was useful. But theres better companys to deal with that respond to messages at lease. I dont think there be around much longer if this is how they run there business.....

App immediately crashes after opening. Android 9 on a Motorola Moto G7. Still haven't found a solution or received any assistance from anyone to get it resolved.
