While useful for collaboration, the mobile tool is inaccurate in its Time documentation. Specifically, u have to put in the following date in order to document time for the preceding date. Also it is not intuitive on how to get fractions of an hr recorded. U have to enter time, then you have to go back in to the entry "Edit" and then rerecord the time. If u try to change the time and save ther changes it will not take it. Also u then need to again choose the preceding date.

(Self-hosted) The notifications doesn't work, and so does the "updates" feature. Some times, the discussion is not synced.

The mobile app badly needs an update. It's helpful that quick functions can be done in the mobile app; however, the developers have not kept its pace with the desktop/web version. Many features don't work properly and aren't as intuitive.

The time stamps do not work for messaging. It only shows the current time, although the messages could have sent 3 days prior. Often I find myself confused of how to do simple tasks like attachments. No clear ability to add users to a conversation. Putting time into the messaging piece would be a big improvement. I only use this app as my designer insists. It is at the point I will refuse working with them if they do not switch their communication medium.

It's been a while since we are using the desktop version at work and I have to say that even if it has some minor issues (mostly on file searching), other than that it's a great program. Now with the mobile app it's like I have a completely different software. First of all and the least important, the logo is different. File searching is not working properly. The labels that I created on desktop version are not syncing with the mobile version and so on. I hope it can bee fixed ASAP.

Updates are not a thing with this app. I've never received one even though I've asked. The linkage with the desktop version is poor at best. Videos posted via Vimeo only play audo from a frozen screen and that won't stop unless you quit the app. The layout is unintuitive and cumbersome and it does not reflect the functionality of the desktop app. Its a complete waste of time
