Never Opens if data connection is disabled. I think it should open without data connection like many other apps. So that we can work easily, either netwrok is available or not. However data submission on dashboard may b done when connected to internet.

sir what about Har zandi app for EPI TECHNICIANS VACCINATORS. why you have stopped it..? Please implement it instead of e-vaccs app or improve or update it in order to reduce the burden of documentation work. and also upload it to play store. Also make a system for whole outreach field team that all field staff like vaccinators come and go after doing whole duty with vaccinators in field. LHS tu ghr bth kr reports upload kr daite hain .
