We use for our church membership , it used to be 2 minutes that we could type a text to voice message that would send announcements to our members , now we are limited to 163 characters, we need to know why this is, we pay alot of money for this service this is not acceptable.

The service itself works well but as far as actually talking to someone on the phone and getting things accomplished with them are difficult was on hold for 40 minutes to make a payment and they had to transfer to someone else now I have to wait for another day or two I will be researching for another company to use!

There doesn't seem to be any way to use the android app for One Call Now to manage (add to, delete from, or create specific groupings from the contacts list) Maybe I'm missing something but it seems this would be an important function in the app. The only options I see are to send a message to all members or to the groups that were made via the web using a laptop. Why can't specific contacts be selected or formed into a new group while using the app for my android phone? Frustrating.

Been trying to use the app for over a year now and constant issues with time zones incorrect, calls not being placed properly and now that they changed their security to accommodate strong passwords can't even log in.
