Using BlueStacks

Very nice app, can use the same account of MoonStar card. Very easy to use, can make call even not in HK, no need sim card when make call, save mobile local charge.

The MS Phone app is a VoIP dialer app that provides IDD calling service via WiFi / 4G /3G on your smart phone, it use the same account of your MoonStar Calling Card.
