Who is a provider?

A provider is a person who can complete tasks for other people within the concierge community.

Simply create an account and start browsing through tasks that you’re able to complete.

Make an offer on a task and tell the Poster why you’re the best person to complete the task.

If the task has been successfully assigned to you, you will be able to start a conversation with the Poster via private messaging and arrange further details about completing the task.

When you accept an offer, which are held until completion.

Now you can private message the Tasker and call them to arrange further details about getting the task completed.

license or qualification for tasks

If you do any work on concierge that requires a license, it’s important that you have the right licenses and qualifications.

Different states in Jordan have different licenses/ qualifications for and it’s important to know what type of qualification is required.

Please note, when completing tasks needing a license, you must carry your valid license with you at all times.
