About this app

ABS mobile is an extension app for our ATCES Business Software website and services. You must have a subscription to use the mobile app. Currently ABS mobile features are all centered around employee scheduling and employee scheduling management. Organizations interested in this service can sign up at atcesbusinesssoftware.com for a free seven-day trial. This service provides access to both the website and mobile app services.
Main Scheduling Features:
• Visually track and request shift changes with the scheduler via our website and mobile app.
• Schedule module viewing options: Website, mobile app, printed schedule, emailed schedule, mobile web browser.
• For each specified date the schedule has: start and end shift, lunch start and end and job with department assignments for each assigned member.
• Any quantity of schedules can be created/saved.
• When creating a new schedule, it is possible to copy from another schedule or quickly generate multiple shift on specified dates via our preset feature. Both features can be helpful with quickly creating schedules with many members or a one that has a wide date span.
• Any date length or team size allowed; even over the same date period.
• Changes can be complete through either edit schedule or the request shift change process.
• Auditing and viewing changes: Once a schedule is finalized all changes and requests for shift adjustments are tracked. If you desire to have a visual image of a schedule at a point in time, this can be achieved with snapshots. Snapshots visually represent a schedule at a specific point in time.
• Granular permission model: Each schedule function can be delegated whether you have a hierarchal or flat organization structure.
