Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Softphone on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

Ok so the scan QR code feature is very nice, very easy setup. My first issue is I need multiple accounts and the app only allows me to add 1 account as far as i know, Another issue not related to the app as much is an account can have either a soft phone or a physical phone, but not both, ideally it would be nice for an inbound call to ring both the physical phone and the soft phone and whichever answers first takes the call. The actual app layout, design and functionality is good and modern. Don't know the effect it could have on the battery yet, It keeps the device awake for receiving calls but that's required obviously.

It works!!! I have gone through lots of different VoIP apps and was losing the will to live. My IT department set me up with this app and it has been working really well for me.

Great app and really flexible in its use. It can be twinned with another seat now or stand alone but it is a Voicehost seat mobile softphone.

How do i get pass the qr scanner

Very nice SIP client. The zero configuration option using a QR code is a really nice touch. Speech is clear with no echo and no discernable lag. Contacts and contact photos are lifted from contacts on the phone. The only thing I really would like is the option to use the ring tone specified in contacts rather than have to choose one in the app. Other than that.....excellent !
