This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Dialpad on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I used to love this app on my Android phone. I was able to see my contact center organized the way I needed. Now, with the recent update, the only option is to see everyone by alphabetical order. It really put a damper in my day to hear there's not a way to put it back the way it was before the update, but they are "working on an option" to organize it differently for future updates. Major bummer.

Currently having difficulty pulling up contacts that are saved from a linked system. Makes it difficult to communicate if I don't have my laptop with me to look up the phone number in the original system.

Several issues since signing up with DialPad. I have never been able to recieve or send pictures via text. When I have attempted to reach out to customer service for support, they asked me to send a picture of the failure. They also had no concept or appreciation for HIPPA with this issue. NOW we currently do not have the ability to text which is a staple for our bussiness. We have been attempting to navigate this issue with no success or light at the end of the tunnel.

Really loved it. Very helpful. Few bugs when direct dialing number, it doesn't add +1 by default. Please fix it.
