I love Marco Polo, it's been a great way to stay in touch with family and friends near and far. I also appreciate the commitment to no ads and no sale of personal data, even for the free version. Often the videos are somewhat blurry/pixelated, which I forgive easily for a free service. At the premium pricing, I would expect higher quality video. Edit: downgrading as compression and quality has not improved, even for premium users.

Not crazy about this app. I guess I've never liked social media videos much because it lets people ramble instead of being concise. And it's that nightmare from 50 years ago that calls would go video and you'd be dressed in pyjamas etc. I like planned video calls (or instructions), but this app I find intrusive, unintuitive, and time wasting. It's not particularly interactive either. I'd uninstall it but a good friend wants to keep in touch using it. But I won't be promoting it to anyone else.

No tablet mode, they continue to push the paid version that has significantly less features (like tablet mode) that numerous free applications like Google Duo. I may be harsh but it is pathetic. I only have it installed due to a couple of friends use the free version They trick you into the absolute worthless premium, screw you I only continue to use it for a very few family members still use it. Offer something beyond the FREE services and Maybe I'll subscribe

I love the concept of this app but there are so many issues, crashed regularly, doesn't always send notifications, tells me there's no connection when there is. I still use it though. I just wish it could get the bugs worked out. I also think the cost for the premium is WAY too high and it's ridiculous that some features were taken away from the free app to put into the premium.

Very disappointed that they took so many features away after figuring out that they can make so much money off of the pandemic but charging $110 a year for something that was free. We're moving on. Was a great app before and a wonderful way to keep families connected. If rather have a few commercials than pay that ridiculous amount.

Love the app but don't love the price, and I hate the new update. Now if you want to watch videos out of sequence you have to play around with it to get the video to play. I literally have to double, triple or quadruple click on the video before the one I want to watch to possibly get it to play the video. Annoying! This needs to be fixed.
