I can'y verify my phone number at all or even log in. I keep getting an error message "unable to process due to missing initial state." I have tried everything and nothing is working. This is super inconvenient because I need it to log on to a year-long educational group I've joined, and I am now missing out on mutiple teachings because I cannot log in. Super frustrated!!!!

I'm having the same problem as another reviewer. I get a message saying that I need to "join a channel to continue," but there's no clear way for me to do so. The only option is to log out.

Ok so how do you join a channel? I signed up logged in and it says I have not joined any channels, to join one but at the bottom is a channels button but when I try to click it it is grayed out and will not take me to channels.
