This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ETB Selfcare on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

ETB SelfCare es una aplicación móvil que ha sido diseñada con objeto de ayudar a entender mejor la calidad del servicio proporcionada por las redes móviles. Gracias a innovadores mapas de cobertura por tecnología, tests de evaluación de la velocidad de la conexión, así como reportes históricos de las mediciones, el usuario podrá evaluar la calidad de la red y del servicio prestado en cualquier lugar y momento. ETB SelfCare incluye un software pasivo, que recoge de manera completamente transparente al usuario final información técnica cuyo fin es ayudar a los proveedores de servicios de telecomunicaciones a mejorar la calidad del servicio ofrecido a sus clientes. En ningún momento, ETB SelfCare recolecta información sensible de ninguna índole. Con objeto de respetar absolutamente la privacidad del usuario final, ETB SelfCare se puede desinstalar en cualquier momento, como cualquier otra aplicación.

El sistema de monitoreo pasivo ETB SelfCare pretende recopilar información técnica de la red y del terminal que arroja información tanto de la calidad de servicio obtenida del proveedor como del rendimiento del sistema en el cual se ejecuta, localizando dichos parámetros con el fin de ubicar donde puedan encontrarse posibles degradaciones del servicio ofrecido. En todo momento, esta recopilación llevada a cabo por ETB SelfCare se orienta a información técnica y de sistema, y nunca a información sensible como URLs, números de teléfono, etc.
