I wish I could see what date my prepaid pack expires. If this is possible in the app it is not apparent how to find this.

Every time I add credit the app asked to log in again, sending a text code that is discounted from my credit, after several failed attempts, every time they charge for failed text message with verification code finally I can log in but now my credit is not enough to buy the internet I need, that looks like stealing from customers. If I call them they have no idea about the issue. just tell you try again later. To loose more credit.

One day, all the money in my Avantel account was gone. The app told me nothing. Turns out Avantel empties your balance and steals your money after 2 months. Avoid avoid avoid. Update: I wrote to email address listed below and they did not even attempt to address the problem.
