About this app
Con este servicio Avantel presta servicios de voz sobre su red LTE propia. Esto garantiza mayor rapidez de conexión y una mejor calidad de sonido, eliminando ruidos ambiente y excesos de ruido de fondo, no es necesario que tu interlocutor también cuente con la aplicación.
Simplemente teniendo esta aplicación instalada, podrás llamar a toda tu lista de contactos usando el marcador predeterminado de tu smartphone.
En caso de cualquier inconformidad con el servicio, Avantel te dará todo el apoyo técnico que se requiera frente al funcionamiento de la App en cualquiera de nuestros canales de atención al cliente.
Ésta aplicación únicamente podrá ser usada por clientes con servicio activo en Avantel y funcionará únicamente cuando el usuario se encuentre bajo la cobertura LTE de Avantel.
¿Cómo funciona?
El servicio de Avantel Voz 4G APP es exclusivo para usuarios Avantel LTE, con este servicio podrás realizar y recibir llamadas con tu mismo número telefónico, simplemente usando el marcador predeterminado de tu celular. Solo debes descargar la APP desde Play Store de Google, luego sigue los pasos de activación, una vez instalada, aparecerá un icono en la parte superior izquierda de tu smartphone y listo. Aplica únicamente para sistema operativo Android 4.4 en adelante.

¿Cómo te cobramos?
Ni la activación ni el uso de la aplicación tiene un costo adicional asociado, las llamadas que realices serán descontadas del saldo que tengas en tu plan o los recursos de voz contratados.
Para descargar la APP desde el Play Store, debes contar con saldo en datos o estar conectado a una red WiFi
