This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Live Chat 3 / Cloud Chat 3 on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

This app has not worked for months now. it used to be great, but for what ever reason since updates from Samsung the app no longer pushes notifications of a chat request. the only time you get a notification message is when the app is open at the queue page. If your phone us in sleep, or the app is in the background, then you hear nothing? I have contacted support and being informed that only I have the issue, but other people here same to have the same problem.

The app connects to your LC3, HD3 or CC3 installation, you will need a license to connect the app with your Support Software provided by JAKWEB.
