Terrible service DI NOT USE VIRGIN INTERNET OR TV. WORST PROVIDER EVER. EVERY OTHER WEEK THERE IS AN ISSUE. THEY DO NOTHING TO RESULT THE PROBLEM. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM BELL OWNED COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Why do i have to constantly be in arears when my bill is paid in full. My app is showing i owe $159.00 yet in another place that i am at $000.00 i am paid in full. Please update your apps on time every month so our credit scores are not being ruined because you cant be bothered to properly update.
