when I first signed up I didn't get a number for the town I lived in. then when I had problems with time that I know I had put on my phone and lucky said I didn't and wouldn't rectify the issues I had to spend another $40 so $80 in total for my phone alone. then you can't call and talk to a real person. this phone carrier is only good for the internet that you get on the plan. other than that this company gets a failing -5 stars.

I took a gamble with Lucky after looking through the poor reviews. The service has been perfect, so I'm unsure why it's not rated higher by others. Especially considering the incredible value offered. Great job Lucky! App is simple to use and intuitive. Browse your usage, or drill down into the details. I like lucky but as soon we pay for our monthly plan like $50 and it should pop up right away because i always pay right on time but didn't realized i had to wait to get a message and my plan will be good and all this time my data waste right away but i love lucky.. so just saying. We should get notified right when we pay for our data to pop up instead of waiting for awhile... just saying...lol

I had to change my Visa Debit card for my account and ever since I did I've had problems getting my bill paid. its suppose to be automatic top up but every month I have to do it manually which means I do not get my extra 500mb of data. I have been told every time I call that my information is there and that on my next billing date it should come out without any issues and yet there is always an issue. I left another company because of billing issues so I'm getting a bit frustrated with Lucky

the app is terrible, used website to create accounts, then you have to use app to finish, must have entered credit card 6 times trying to get service. hopefully the network is better than the signup experience.

I hate when your sold a product told it will work shown a service area and said that you should have no issues. I just just purchased lucky for the first time went online to even try and get linked to a network ive had literally 2% connectivity or none for days now impressed. If its not going to work just say so! So I'm not wasting my time and money.
