Just what I needed, a visual app to put in bold missed call rather than a little icon. Going to add a bit more since I can. My original post was in late 2011. It is now 2013 and I was heartbroken when I couldn't seem to find the app again. Found it after a little more research. I have tried about 10 missed called reminders and all of them seemed to be flawed or just didn't work right for me. Pros on this one: Missed calls show up. It's a small widget. Looks like you can hide the widget if there are no missed calls (I dwant to see the -0- calls missed myself). It is customizeable, I can make it cleat so you can see my background still but the letters are bold. Not an ugly widget. It also does a bunch of other things but I really just need it for missed calls. Good luck!

Works great. Very stable and highly configurable. Been using it for a couple of months. Update: new version more configurable font sizes than before.

Widget too big on galaxy nexus, lots of empty space. Also doesn't seem to see unread email on built in email app.

I tried it with WidgetLocker and ended up buying Plus. Wish it had an invisible edit button like Simple Calendar!
