Using BlueStacks

Aplicativo do Diário Oficial tem como objetivo a divulgação de decretos, portarias, convocações e tudo que esteja oficialmente relacionado ao Governo do Estado de Sergipe.
Partindo da necessidade de se publicar os atos oficiais do governo do Estado em jornal próprio, a Imprensa Oficial finalmente é criada em 1895. A 8ª província brasileira a possuir um jornal impresso, foi o 9ª estado a ter o Diário Oficial, propondo em seu primeiro exemplar ser uma manifestação “isenta de interesses particulares, a serviço do Estado e para o bem do povo.”
A Lei número 104 de 5 de dezembro de 1894, assinada pelo presidente de Sergipe da época, Manoel Prisciliano de Oliveira Valadão, autoriza a fundação da Imprensa Oficial do Estado de Sergipe. Sancionada a lei, em 24 de agosto de 1895, entra em circulação o primeiro número do Diário Oficial do Estado de Sergipe, em 1º de setembro do mesmo ano.
Na edição do Diário Oficial de 23 de outubro de 1969, o governador Lourival Batista, por meio de decreto-lei, transformou a Imprensa Oficial em Empresa Pública dando origem à Segrase – Serviços
Gráficos de Sergipe. A partir desta data, ela deixou de pertencer à administração pública direta, passando a ser empresa e sobreviver com recursos próprios, adquiridos pelos serviços prestados ao estado e a comunidade.
Há 117 anos, a Imprensa Oficial do Estado de Sergipe carrega em sua trajetória a memória do Estado, pois a legitimação dos atos governamentais somente é adquirida após publicação no Diário Oficial.
