O divoem - digital voluntário emergencista é uma plataforma desenvolvida para conectar emergencistas habilitados à situações emergenciais que estiverem acontecendo proximos a eles.

Em uma emergência, todo tempo conta! E mesmo em cidades com boa infraestrutura de apoio emergencial, a distância é sempre um desafio.

Através da divoem, os serviços públicos emergenciais podem conectar emergencistas voluntários previamente validados para auxiliar em:

a) Realizar procedimentos iniciais de primeiros socorros

b) Enviar mais informações para a central de socorro oficial (SAMU, Bombeiros), ajudando na decisão de priorização e equipamentos a levar

c) Impedir que curiosos e pessoas sem instrução realizem ações que agravem o quadro de vítimas

O funcionamento é simples e poderoso: enquanto a regulação despacha o socorro profissional, em paralelo os voluntários que estiverem em até 1km de raio são ativados para ajudar e passam a contribuir se puderem, aceitando o chamado.
