App ruim. Trava, faz vc perder tudo que estava digitando pois não possui tecla para voltar e a do celular faz vc perder tudo. Aplicativo bem fraco, não visualiza anexos e para encontrar e registrar nova reclamação necessita de um segundo menu nada intuitivo. Ruim.
