Thus far, Qjumper has worked moderately well and addressed the contested issue of doctor wait times. When using the app I have gotten a crash error on my Samsung Galaxy 3 while the app isn't in use. Beyond this, it has been accurate and is working well

What is the point of this app? I know I'm waiting. The wait time is not accurate. I'm waiting well over an hour already and still nothing. Plus there's going to be a room wait time. Ughhhhh

this app is useless, my appointment was 11:30, its now 1:16, I'm finally in a room waiting for Dr Van, yet the app says the pace is on time? Also the receptionist told me a half hour ago there was one person ahead of me and I've heard Dr Van with 3 other people AND I'M STILL WAITING!
