This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Big Text SMS on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Really great app. Easy to use. Ideal for those would have difficulties reading their texts or, like me, am partially sighted and need some help. Things I really like:: Variable Font size control. The READ function. The way the app lets you type a SMS, as well as read it. The way it does not automatically read out a newly received text message (much netter than most other SMS READ apps I have tried). Improvements I would like to see: If the app could incorporate my contacts, rather than just my latest SMS contacts. Or if it could pick up the contacts after a few key letters have been typed. If there was a pro version of this app, I would buy it. So please, please, please keep developing it. One day it will be a 5* app!

Sort order is a bit weired/buggy when it first starts up. Would also like an option to stop it running in the background.

It is not bad but it needed some additional work. Let there be a pop up whenever there is message and let it be linked to contacts

Your texts are displayed in a big font, where you can read them without your reading glasses. And if you want to respond, do it with large letters. No glasses needed.

When a text message arrives, this app automatically pops up and shows you the message. Your messages are still available in your Messaging app, unfortunately, in a small font.

You can send all your texts to your email, via the new Export function. Or clean up your Inbox by deleting all the texts with one button.

Have your phone read out the text to you (may need to have "Text-To-Speech Extended" from Google Play installed). Or block texts from people you don't want to hear from.

If you loose your phone or would like to know where the phone is located, text your special “locate” keyword from anywhere and your phone will report it’s address.
