I have a problem at the moment with Aldi mobile. I have tried to report it at least a dozen times but get redirected to the website or just told to call back later. I'm not happy. Problem: I cannot send a message without attaching a photo. It just will not send a sms. Not happy Jan. I will be looking for a new carrier shortly if someone doesn't take an initiative in customer service.
