Η εφαρμογή αυτή διατίθεται δωρεάν από τον Δήμο Αλεξανδρούπολης για την διευκόλυνση των δημοτών στις μετακινήσεις, απλοποιώντας στο μέγιστο τη διαδικασία αποστολής μηνυμάτων κατά τη διάρκεια απαγόρευσης κυκλοφορίας και σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της Πολιτικής Προστασίας.

Για τη χρήση της ΔΕΝ είναι απαραίτητη η σύνδεση δεδομένων κινητής τηλεφωνίας και του δικτύου Wi-Fi.

Κατά τη χρήση της εφαρμογής τα προσωπικά δεδομένα όπως Ονοματεπώνυμο Διεύθυνση ή προορισμός και σκοπός μετακίνησης, αποθηκεύονται ΜΟΝΟ τοπικά στην συσκευή κινητού τηλεφώνου και αποστέλλονται ΜΟΝΟ στον επίσημο αριθμό 13033.

Ο Δήμος δεν συνδέεται με κανέναν τρόπο ούτε και διαδικτυακά με την εφαρμογή και δεν λαμβάνει γνώση των πληροφοριών και των προσωπικών δεδομένων της εφαρμογής, όπως άλλωστε και κανείς άλλος εκτός της επίσημης υπηρεσίας, της Πολιτικής Προστασίας.

Ο χρήστης της εφαρμογής μετά από κάθε αποστολή μηνύματος για μετακίνηση, πρέπει απαραίτητα να ελέγχει τα εισερχόμενα μηνύματα προκειμένου να βεβαιωθεί ότι παρέλαβε την απάντηση της υπηρεσίας, ώστε να είναι δυνατή η επιβεβαίωση εξόδου και η επίδειξη του απαντητικού μηνύματος σε περίπτωση σχετικού ελέγχου από τις αρμόδιες αρχές.
