Intended to be convenient and easy to use and this is mostly the case. First problem is no notifications for messages so you have to constantly go in the app and check. Secondly, on certain sections we've not been able to go back and amend what we've entered, so basically, do not make any mistakes. Thirdly, the 9/6/21 update means my app now crashes instantly

I had the issue with it closing immediately after opening - uninstall and reinstall fixes it It's alright as an app, it's a good concept but I've had a few issues with stuff not uploading, not getting notifications etc. Needs more QA and fixing stability issues.

Its quite useful but there are no notifications, so you have to keep checking if new correspondence occurred. Notification should really be standard. Edit: review raised from 3 to 5 stars as the new update has fixed notifications.
