Finalmente a Unitel criou um app para nós. Ainda precisa de melhorias (app
lenta pelo menos no cadastro, e tem que fazer o login sempre que sai) porém

O aplicativo é muito lento. O processo de cadastramento é complicado e longo (tem que esperar um código de validação da unitel que demora muito tempo para chegar). O aplicativo não é User Friendly.

Construir aplicativos que impressionem as pessoas é ainda uma tarefa muito
árdua, não é fácil atingir o gosto dos usuários. Cálculos sobre códigos
funcionam em background e nenhum usuário que não esteja envolvido
directamente entenderá, pois não faz parte do team de desenvolvedores e
verá ou dará seu feedback em sua propria visão e são de grande ajuda para
melhoria do produto/serviço oferecido. Em todos os termos, criticas são
grandes estimulantes ao crescimento e aqui vai uma: não vejo necessidade de
reposição de palavra-passe sempre que formos usar o aplicativo.
