​l'Office de communication de l’Archidiocèse de Dakar et un groupe de jeunes ingénieurs soucieux de servir l'Eglise, la Radio Misericordia est née dans le contexte de la nouvelle évangélisation où la communauté chrétienne du Sénégal a un grand besoin de communiquer.
