I have used this, sometimes on daily basis, once in a while there is a glitch and they replace the video chat if you miss due to technical difficulties, not oversleeping, lol.Its good for this mother's heart to beable to see my son and not just hear him.

You are not able to use the video chat with iphone ; you can still download other apps and email your loved one but this app is not good for iphone and also funding the correct 7.0 version of it to use with Android is sometimes difficult I was able to good search and get it on my samsung though the web but other androids I have not been able to find the correct version of this app to use with my motorola ; you may have more luck but for indiana you need to add indiana department of corrections

This app sucks. During our video visits, my daughter & I can't hear each other through the machine so she has to call me from her tablet. The video either freezes or is so pixelly that we can't see each other. I wish there was a better option than GTL.

this app is horrible to use on your compuer. It won't let me log in. It keeps sending me to pick a facility but my facility isn't listed and I already have a log in but it won't let me tab down to that option to log in. So I am forced to do my video visit with my phone

You can hear them the whole time but half the video they can not hear you and say you sound like a robot weather you have headphones in or not. Most of the time they look digitalized. They were free now we have to pay, if we pay these need to work alot better.

I can't even get the app to show me the camera button. I called customer support after the first time. Conveniently they close an hour before visitation hours happen so I can't even ask for help if I could. This is my second attempt to contact and it won't get me past the schedule to video anything :-(

This app lets you sign up and plan visits with people you care about at participating facilities using an Android device. You can also cancel planned visits and update your account info.

Please be aware that in order to fully utilize video visitation on your Android device, you will need to download the following two apps: 'GTL - Schedule Visits (1 of 2)' and 'GTL - Internet Visits (2 of 2)' from the Android App Store.

Ensure your device settings for the app allow permission for your camera and microphone.
