when installing be sure NOT to use forward all calls and use the forward if busy option *71 instead. because if you choose to take the call the ringback will loop back into the A.I. I will keep this app!

The app has awesome features! However, only reason I'm giving it three stars is because I'm in the middle. My calls are still going to my native voicemail app, i can't figure out how to reroute my calls here. Is there a *68 or 72 or something I can dial which does this?

People call my phone and they tell me that she first says the phrase that I typed out for her to say. But then she interrupts them half way through them talking by saying her own programmed phrase: "I'm sorry you could not reach the office... etc, etc." I already deleted the preprogrammed office answer for the installed skills on the website. Yet it still answers with two completely non related voice machines. Please fix and get rid of the generic office answer.

Regular voicemail is better. There is no benefit with this voicemail app. I would avoid it at all costs!

BS . RED FLAGS ALL OVER WHEN DOWNLOADING. Got an email from Google asking if I had just accessed my Google account from a Samsung, which I don't own. Wth is this app up too ?!
