I don't like this app my daughter can't get into the apartment and she has to wait out side until I come from work

I have a google pixel. Since using this app, I've been asked to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. The notifications have NEVER worked I've reported the problem it was NEVER fixed which ultimately left me locked out of my apartment one day last year. Further more I will make a rent payment on time and the late fees just keep on coming. It's definitely not a perk, time is money and I spend too much of it requesting support for this app.

The ability to schedule recurring monthly rent payments was recently added, which was a must-have in my book. I appreciate the responsiveness to feedback. You can now use this app as a one-stop shop for everything you typically have to do as a tenant in an apartment, and even a few things you can't usually do (like adjust the thermostat).

Nothing but crashing. Cant get into my appartment costing me money to have maintenance come open my door at 2 am
