Live chat is the worst, they can't even help, it's been over a week since l got my sim card replaced and it's not activated and they can't even seem to have a clue as far a activation is concerned....... support team is useless

The only area needing improvement is the live charts. It is not so live at times the person assisting disappears before solving the problem. It's better to be refered elsewhere if they dont know.

Horrible app, it's never up to scratch, just had to buy more data but the app was signalling that I had 27Gb left on my account only to be told by a rather curt customer service rep that I was out if data. Disappointing

Good app but however ot lacks the features of the website. You can't check the night owl data balance and can only see the data useage in increments of 1 gb which is not very useful
