it used to work just fine, but now takes forever to connect, then doesn't stay connected. (and yes, the app is updated) absolutely terrible, especially for a paid service. the pc version has had some issues too but nothing like this.

Worked okay until the most recent update. It would crash or disconnect sometimes, but not to the point to where using it was unbearable or impossible. Now it won't even connect to a server after the most recent update. It just continuously says that it's connecting and never actually connects. Such a shame. The desktop version works great, but this mobile version is awful.

This VPN app is terrible. It always disconnects without warning and then takes forever to reconnect. Since the update I can't connect to any servers at all. Apparently according to their website they are working on a new app and they said it would only take a few hours but here I am and I still can't connect. And now they want us to download some new app why do I need to download something new and do all this work when I'm paying you for a service? Fix your app or I'm going elsewhere.

Latest update completely broke the mobile app. Won't connect to any server at all anymore. Edits: 12 Mar update, still broke. 18 Mar: APK downloaded direct from their site connects (slow, but works); added one star. 19 Mar: Installed v.46; it's working, so far. Added another tentative star for initiative and courtesy, but will continue to test this release and modify the rating accordingly.

Great VPN but you need to be able to remove the default Trust.Zone connection from favorites and have it auto connect to a different server. I don't want to be connected to Trust.Zone, I need to be connected to a specific geographic region's server, and having to go manually change it every time I connect is annoying.

The app has always had issues with reconnecting or even staying up long enough, vs the pc version. But now it truly won't connect no matter what. Exactly why have we paid if we cannot even get protection in our phones, which is where it is most needed? Kindly fix this ASAP
