I would give it 5 stars easily but simple but the most important feature is missing. Multiple file selection. E.g. if I want to make a flashable sip file of fonts, I have to select the entire folder or choose them one by one which is a hassle, quite a journey. Or whole folder selection where other unnecessary files are there too to eat up the space. This is why this sucks, everything else is exemplary.

Made my job highly convenient and fast, Zipme helps me do things at once which otherwise took long and lot of hassle. only 4 stars coz, you cannot compress or choose multiple objects at the same time and that's kinda sours the whole process.

Will Donate more, Worked partially perfect on LG F3 w/OS4.1.2. I needed this cause the Rom for my Phone, didn't provide a File Explorer so I can reinstall The apps from the sdcard offline. The only problem is it didn't restore App's Data so I had to reconfig each app w/the Explorer. Thanks though.

This one-of-its-kind app got maybe two updates in years. But it still works, even on Pie. It would've been easier for users if it had option to choose multiple files / folders at once...

About this app

ZIPme is in beta. This means there will be bugs and some hiccups. Thanks for testing.

ZIPme is a powerful tool to create update ZIP packages to install in recovery. Whether you are a ROM developer or just getting into "root" and "ROMs" ZIPme can simplify your life.

Who should use ZIPme?

If you install custom ROMs on your rooted Android device then ZIPme can be a powerful tool. ZIPme requires root access.

What does ZIPme do?

ZIPme creates ZIP packages to install in recovery mode. When you install a new ROM your system is wiped and many times you clear your data. ZIPme can create a package of your apps, data and files you want to install right after a ROM or as a ROM addon. ZIPme programs and signs the update ZIP package so your recovery can install it.

New features

- Fix file picker not showing files/folders
- Per user requests, added options to donate to support development
